KOR Law LLP is led by Managing Partners Muriel S. Raggi and Kenny G. Oh, experienced litigators representing companies and individuals in complex commercial disputes, enforcement matters, and high-stakes litigation. Their combined experience across commercial litigation, lending and foreclosure disputes, regulatory enforcement, and post-judgment matters, in both state and federal courts, reflects a disciplined, detail-oriented approach, with clients working directly with the firm’s partners on each matter.

Prior to starting KOR, Kenny practiced at reputable firms, one of which is an AM Law 200 firm representing banking institutions, mortgage lenders and servicers, and trusts in contested foreclosures, title claims, and contract litigation. He also defended clients facing claims brought under RESPA, TILA, FCRA, FDCPA, TCPA, related state statutes and asbestos matters. Kenny also previously practiced at a national law firm representing consumer debtors and defended public benefit corporations.
Banking Litigation – Kenny regularly defends clients against banks and other financial institutions, including mortgage servicers pertaining to foreclosures (commercial and residential), breach of contract, guaranties, and judgment enforcement.
Real Estate Litigation – Kenny’s practice includes defending clients against banking institutions, mortgage lenders and servicers in contract litigation, title claims, and contested foreclosures (commercial and residential). Kenny has also litigated matters including quiet title actions, as well as handled negotiation and litigation of municipal tax, zoning, code enforcement, lien obligations, and judgments.
Commercial Litigation – Kenny’s practice also includes litigating general business and commercial issues, such as fraud, breach of contract, unfair trade practices, finance matters as well as commercial disputes arising under the Uniform Commercial Code concerning sales, negotiable instruments, fund transfers and secured transactions.
Employment Litigation – Kenny’s practice also includes defending claims arising out of the Fair Labor Standards Act and New York Labor Law.

Muriel Raggi is a Managing Partner at our firm. She has significant litigation experience and routinely represents companies and high-net-worth individuals in “bet the company” commercial disputes, securities enforcement, and government investigation matters. Muriel has experience handling actions in state and federal courts, administrative proceedings, and arbitrations. She also conducts internal investigations and defends clients in enforcement matters. Muriel also has experience defending clients in criminal cases in federal and state court, litigating commercial lease disputes.
Muriel maintains a robust pro bono practice and has represented clients in an array of social justice matters. Muriel represented sexual assault survivors as a civilian victim advocate in the military’s Court Martial process; immigrants displaced and incarcerated at the U.S. border in the asylum-seeking process; low-income parents in child custody proceedings and Child Protective Service investigations; indigent defendants in federal criminal matters relating to RICO, Hobbs Act Robbery, drug trafficking and capital murder charges and in state court related to shoplifting, assault and burglary charges; incarcerated individuals in lawsuits seeking adequate medical care; and a wrongfully convicted man who spent almost three decades in prison for a rape and robbery he did not commit, successfully obtaining a pardon.
Prior to co-founding the firm, Muriel spent nearly a decade working at two “Top 10” AM Law 100 firms in their litigation and securities enforcement practice groups.
Commercial Litigation – Muriel’s practice includes litigating business and commercial issues, such as those involving fraud, breach of contract, negligence, jobsite personal injury defense, breach of fiduciary duties, and finance matters.
Post-Judgment Defense – Muriel represents debtors in the Article 52 post-judgment enforcement phase of litigations, including by defending against post-judgment discovery, fraudulent conveyance claims, turnover petitions and charging liens.
Real Estate Litigation – Muriel’s practice includes representing borrowers in contested foreclosures.
Regulatory Enforcement – Muriel represents financial service companies, audit and accounting firms, broker-dealers, and public issuer and private companies in government regulatory enforcement and examination matters by the SEC, DOJ, PCAOB, State Attorneys General and CFTC.
